We guarantee some of the quickest turnaround times in the industry, delivering orders within 10 to 12 business days after they’re received. If you need your products sooner, we understand that things happen, and we can often accommodate even the strictest deadlines.
Two of the most common threads used in commercial embroidery are rayon and polyester. Which one is best depends on the desired look and application. Rayon offers a natural shine, while polyester provides excellent durability and vibrant color. We offer both options to help you achieve the right finished product.
The recommended size for most embroidery designs is approximately three to four inches wide. However, we work closely with our customers to accommodate different requirements whenever possible. Send us your artwork and we’ll help determine the best size for your project.

There is a setup fee for each logo. The fee depends on the complexity of the design. Feel free to email us your logo and we’ll be happy to let you know the exact cost. Most logo setup fees are $45, and the fee is waived when you place an order of $500 or more.

OUR CUSTOM EMBROIDERY PROCESS
Here’s how we do it:

A customer submits a design or logo. We take that design, clean it up, and figure out the best way to embroider it onto their custom polo shirts, hats, jacket, or other apparel.

We send a final proof of the embroidery design for approval. We do not begin production until each customer is 100 percent satisfied with the final embroidery design.

We send the design off to be embroidered by our team, who quickly and carefully sews the logo onto the customer’s selected products.

Each individual piece goes through a quality assurance process, wherein additional fabric or stitches are trimmed and cleaned up, and every piece is checked, and then re-checked, to ensure complete and total accuracy.

We ship the custom embroidered order right to the customer’s door, but not before we provide them with a UPS tracking number and guaranteed delivery date.

The customer receives their beautiful embroidered goods, falls in love with them, shows them off to everyone they know, and posts nice things about us on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram… Or just shouts it from their rooftop.
