Not necessarily. Company stores can use On-Demand, Inventory, or Hybrid fulfillment models depending on your products and business needs.

  • On-Demand: Products can be decorated individually, often with minimum orders as low as one piece. Examples include polo shirts, jackets, mugs, and tumblers.
  • Inventory: Products are selected and pre-ordered in bulk, prepaid, and stored at Logo Wear Company. Examples include promotional products and screen-printed apparel.
  • Hybrid: A combination of inventory and on-demand products can provide the flexibility needed for many company store programs.
A Hybrid Inventory model can help reduce the amount of inventory you need to purchase while still giving employees access to a wide variety of branded products.

On demand products include Emboridery and Laser engraving.

Screen printed and Hybrid products are available to bulk order and inventory.

  • Screen-printed apparel requires a minimum order of 50 pieces of the same style, color, and screen-printed logo to get started.
  • Once produced, the inventory can be stored at Logo Wear Company and made available for purchase through your company store.
  • Inventory storage fees apply for screen printed items.
  • Our team can help you determine the best way to implement screen-printed apparel into your company store.
Hybrid Inventory can also include 3D Emblems, patches, and Vibracolor transfers ordered in bulk. Individual garments ordered through the store can then be decorated with an emblem, patch, or transfer.
  • 3D Emblem — 24-piece minimum: Deep texture and dramatic finishes create eye-catching details that elevate your brand design. Can be applied to most apparel.
  • Vibracolor — 20-piece minimum: Full-color transfers with excellent color brightness, vibrancy, fine detail, and vivid colors. Can be applied to most apparel.

Yes. Promotional products can be incorporated into your company store.

  • Promotional items are generally purchased in bulk quantities through Logo Wear Company.
  • Some promotional products can also be produced on-demand using services such as laser engraving or sublimation.
  • Our team can help you determine which promotional products are best suited for your store.
  • Products that require inventory will be pre-ordered through Logo Wear Company and stored at our facility for fulfillment through your store.
  • Inventory storage fees apply.
1. Choose Your Store Model & Products
Once you've decided on a store model, we'll provide a product sheet to complete. Browse the Logo Wear Company catalog and select the products that fit your brand needs, then send us your selections.
2. We Create Your Store
Based on the products you've selected, we'll create your customized company store to match your brand and incorporate your logo. Once completed, we'll provide you with a customized link to your store.
3. We Decorate Your Products
Each product selected for your company store will display with the appropriate logo, decoration method, size, and placement. We use professional decorating methods to ensure consistent branding across your products.
4. We Ship It!
Orders are shipped directly to the individual who placed the order and delivered straight to their doorstep.

Prices for inventoried items on your company store include a $2.95 pick-and-pack fee per item.

  • On-Demand items: Most on-demand items are shipped within approximately 12 business days of order placement.
  • Inventory items: Inventory products are generally shipped within 2–3 business days of order placement unless the order is combined with longer production products.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping charges are billed to the individual customer who placed the order.
  • Orders are shipped directly to the individual customer.
  • Rush Production and rush shipping are available in the checkopout process.

Setup for an online company store typically takes 3–4 weeks once we have all of your specifications.

This includes setting up your selected products and designing the store to match your company's branding.

Employees can pay for their orders online using a credit card. Companies can also provide coupons or gift certificates that employees can use toward their purchases.
